Built with a black cast aluminum alloy housing and IP65 / IP67 waterproof protection, this motorized tilt batten is designed for demanding outdoor use. It features 10 x 60W RGBW main beam LEDs, 140 x 0.3W 5050 RGBW + CW background LEDs, 32-bit linear dimming, 1–30Hz strobe, DMX512, RDM, self-propelled, master-slave, and voice control modes, giving lighting designers flexible control for beam effects, washes, pixel mapping, and dynamic stage visuals.

Instructions

1. Mounting: Secure the fixture to a suitable stage structure, truss, or mounting system using proper clamps, brackets, and safety cables. Make sure all rigging hardware is rated for the fixture and installation environment.
2. Power & Connections: Connect the fixture to a compatible AC100–240V, 50/60Hz power source. Use the power input/output and DMX512 input/output ports only within safe linking limits.
3. DMX Configuration: Use the LCD display to select the required channel mode, including CH26, CH36, CH60, CH66, or CH186. Use higher channel modes for more detailed pixel mapping and auxiliary matrix control.
4. Operation: Use DMX control for programmed beam, wash, flash, dimming, strobe, and background matrix effects. For simpler setups, use self-propelled, master-slave, or voice control modes.
5. Outdoor Use: Before outdoor operation, confirm that all power, DMX, and unused connectors are properly sealed and protected to help maintain the waterproof rating.
6. Safety & Maintenance: The fixture includes temperature protection and leakage protection. Keep lenses, LED areas, cooling fans, heat sinks, housing, and connector areas clean and free from dust, water buildup, or debris.
