Pro X Stage is a U.S.-based online store founded in 2026. We focus on stage lighting and event effects products for DJs, venues, churches, schools, event companies, and live production use.

Pro X Stage currently offers free standard shipping on all orders placed through our website for delivery addresses supported by our checkout.
Our standard order processing time is usually 0–1 business days. Estimated delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on the product, carrier, warehouse location, delivery address, and other shipping conditions.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. Shipping times may be affected by product availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, address issues, or other conditions outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must generally be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, cables, parts, and components.
A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product issue covered by our policy.
Products may not be eligible for return if they have been used, installed, damaged, modified, missing parts, missing original packaging, or returned in a condition that prevents resale, unless required by applicable law or approved by our support team.
Orders may not be cancelable once they have entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@proxstage.com.
Refunds, when approved, will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, handling costs, and restocking fees may be deducted where permitted by law and as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@proxstage.com.
