Thank you for shopping with Pro X Stage. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted, which products are not returnable, who pays return shipping, how refunds are processed, and what to do if your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect.

2. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be uninstalled.
  • The product must be undamaged.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, cables, parts, components, and included items must be returned.
  • The product must be in a condition suitable for inspection and resale.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected, returned to the customer, or subject to additional deductions where permitted by law.

4. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved by Pro X Stage before being shipped back. Please do not send any product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

To start a return, please email us at support@proxstage.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product, warehouse, and return type.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or approved by our support team due to a verified issue:

  • Used products.
  • Installed products.
  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Products with missing packaging, missing accessories, missing manuals, missing cables, or missing parts.
  • Consumables, refills, fluids, inserts, powders, liquids, and similar single-use or consumable products.
  • Customized, special order, or made-to-order items.
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items marked as non-returnable.
  • Products modified, altered, repaired, or disassembled by the customer or a third party.
  • Products used in a way that is unsafe, improper, or inconsistent with the product instructions.

6. Used, Installed, or Tested Products

Used or installed products are not eligible for return.

Stage lighting and event effect products may show signs of use after installation, power testing, operation, fluid use, consumable use, or event use. For this reason, products that have been used, installed, operated, altered, or returned with missing items may not be accepted for return.

7. Return Shipping Cost

For non-defective returns, including buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered by the customer, no longer needed, changed mind, or product not suitable for the customer’s event, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number. Pro X Stage is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address due to customer-arranged return shipping.

8. Defective, Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@proxstage.com.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product issue.
  • Photos of the product packaging and shipping label.
  • Photos of any damaged box, packaging material, or missing parts.
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

If the issue is verified as our error, shipping damage, or a qualifying product issue, Pro X Stage may provide a return label, replacement, repair solution, missing part shipment, or another appropriate solution based on the situation.

9. Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, warehouse processing, repackaging review, and restocking costs. The restocking fee may be waived or adjusted if the return is caused by our error or a verified product issue, at our discretion and where required by applicable law.

10. Original Shipping Cost

Pro X Stage currently offers free standard shipping on all orders placed through our website.

For approved non-defective returns, we do not deduct the original standard shipping cost from the refund. The standard deduction for eligible approved returns is the 20% restocking fee, unless additional deductions apply due to product condition, missing parts, or policy exceptions.

11. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

We are not able to issue refunds to a different card, bank account, PayPal account, or other payment method unless required by the payment provider or applicable law.

12. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will usually be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

13. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, model, or quantity, please request a return for the eligible item and place a new order for the product you want.

14. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@proxstage.com.

Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After shipment, the order must be handled under this Return & Refund Policy if it is eligible for return.

15. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, undeliverable, or not picked up from the carrier, we will review the returned shipment after it is received.

Any applicable return shipping cost, carrier fee, handling cost, or restocking fee may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

If the package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Pro X Stage is not responsible for the resulting delay, loss, return shipping cost, or additional delivery charge.

16. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will try to help if the order has not shipped yet.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, cancellation, rerouting, or delivery correction. Pro X Stage is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can review the issue and help find a solution.

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution process. We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication history, product information, and policy details to the payment provider or bank when responding to a dispute.

18. Product Support

Pro X Stage may provide product guidance and after-sales support to help customers with product selection, setup questions, troubleshooting, and general product use.

Product support does not mean unlimited free repair, replacement, refund, or on-site service unless specifically stated in writing.

19. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future orders if we identify return abuse, fraud, repeated misuse of products, false claims, altered evidence, or violation of our policies.
