The 5x80W RGBL Motorized Zoom Bar, also known as the Giant Wave 580, is a multi-head moving fixture designed for TV studios, theaters, concerts, touring stages, and professional live productions. This batten features five independent moving heads, each powered by a high-output 80W RGBL LED for an extended color spectrum and improved color rendering.

Each moving head is surrounded by an RGB halo ring using 100 pcs 5050 LED beads, adding eye-candy and pixel-style visual effects around the main beam output. With unlimited pan and tilt rotation, linear CTO adjustment, linear zoom, selectable dimming curves, DMX512, RDM, sound-activated mode, and optional ArtNet upgrade, this fixture gives lighting designers flexible tools for mid-air sweeps, stage washes, broadcast looks, and dynamic visual programming.

Instructions

1. Mounting: Securely rig the fixture to a suitable truss or mounting structure using heavy-duty brackets, rated clamps, and safety cables. Because the fixture weighs approximately 22 kg net and supports continuous rotation, make sure the structure is stable and there is enough clearance around all moving heads.
2. Power Setup: Connect the fixture to a reliable AC 110–240V, 50/60Hz power supply. The total power draw is 500W. Confirm that the circuit and power distribution setup can safely support the connected load.
3. Data Connection: Connect your lighting console through DMX. Use 28CH mode for simplified control or 85CH mode for deeper programming of the main RGBL beams and outer halo rings.
4. Operation: Use the linear CTO channel to adjust white balance for stage or broadcast needs. Use the unlimited pan and tilt channels to create continuous sweep, spin, and movement effects that standard moving heads cannot achieve.
5. Network Control: If using the optional ArtNet upgrade, configure the fixture according to your lighting network requirements and compatible control software.
6. Maintenance: The fixture has an IP33 rating and is suitable for indoor or covered environments. Keep the ABS housing, lenses, halo ring areas, vents, and moving parts clean from dust and haze residue to maintain brightness and movement performance.
