We accept eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, please contact our support team first and wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, cables, parts, and included items. Used, installed, customized, consumable, or incomplete products may not be eligible for return.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
