The 40x3W RGB LED Pixel Bar is an ultra-slim, high-performance linear wash batten and light curtain designed for stage designs, DJ booths, clubs, and professional event productions. Built with a lightweight aluminum alloy housing, this fixture uses 40 individual 3W RGB 3-in-1 LEDs to create sharp beam effects, color chases, and dynamic pixel-mapping visuals.

With a tight 3.6° beam angle, 16-bit and 32-bit smooth dimming, RDM support, and up to 125 DMX channels, this pixel bar is suitable for light curtains, LED matrix backgrounds, edge-to-edge stage layouts, and high-energy visual effects across live shows and event environments.

Instructions

1. Installation & Rigging: Use a suitable hanging mount, clamp, or truss system for installation. The lightweight 2.3 kg net weight makes it easier to rig, but all mounting points should still be properly secured.
2. Power Supply: Connect the fixture to a reliable AC 90–240V, 50–60Hz power source. The maximum power consumption is 150W.
3. Data & Control: Connect the fixture to your DMX network. Use 3CH or 8CH modes for basic operation, or 125CH mode for full pixel-by-pixel control.
4. Standalone Operation: Without a lighting console, use the onboard menu to select auto-run, sound-activated, or master-slave mode for built-in effects.
5. Matrix Setup: When linking multiple fixtures, align bars carefully for cleaner edge-to-edge effects, chase patterns, and larger light curtain layouts.
6. Maintenance: This fixture is rated IP20 and is designed for indoor use. Operate within the recommended temperature range of -20°C to 45°C, and keep the front lenses clean to maintain beam sharpness.
