The 12x60W Motorized Zoom Pixel Bar (Swing Beam Wash Light) is a powerful and dynamic lighting fixture designed for professional stages, concerts, touring productions, clubs, and live events. Built with a durable black metal housing, this 800W fixture uses 12 x 60W RGBW 4-in-1 LED chips to deliver bright beams, full-color washes, and rich color mixing.

This pixel bar features independent swing movement, serpentine wave effects, auto-focus zoom, 32-bit linear dimming, 1–30Hz strobe, DMX512 control, RDM support, master-slave mode, self-propelled programs, and voice control. With multiple DMX channel modes up to CH179 and a wide working temperature range from -30°C to 50°C, it gives lighting designers flexible control for high-impact beam, wash, and pixel effects.

Instructions

1. Mounting & Setup: Position or rig the fixture on a suitable truss, stage structure, or stable surface. Make sure the supporting structure can safely handle the 30.8 kg gross weight and allows enough clearance for swing and rotation movement.
2. Power Connection: Connect the fixture to a compatible AC100–240V, 50/60Hz power source through the power input port. Use the power output port only within safe linking limits when daisy-chaining additional fixtures.
3. Data Connection: Connect your lighting controller through the DMX512 input/output ports. Choose the proper DMX channel mode based on the level of pixel mapping, movement control, and effect programming required.
4. On-Board Navigation: Use the LCD display and 5-button interface to set DMX addresses, select channel modes, run self-propelled programs, or activate voice control.
5. Operation: Use your DMX console to control auto-focus zoom, independent swing, dimming, strobe, RGBW color mixing, and serpentine wave effects.
6. Maintenance: Keep lenses, LED modules, vents, housing, connectors, and moving parts clean. Operate within the recommended -30°C to 50°C working temperature range.
